Our Purpose

Our Approach

Our Mentors are highly experienced leaders and business owners. Coupled with functional subject matter experts (SMEs), we provide different perspectives, broader knowledge, and new awareness.

Our Team

The TLM team has over 50 specialist mentors with vast experience and knowledge across multiple industries and disciplines. Our mentors tailor each client program and engage a mix of mentoring, coaching, counselling and advisory techniques as needed.

Our six partners are lead mentors who have extensive mentoring and coaching experience. They have all held senior management roles, managed people and are business owners.

Our combined experience extends to holding roles as board members, C-Suite and executive managers, senior managers, consultants, business owners and advisors.
