The TLM Mentoring Process
We coordinate the whole process between the sponsor and the individual from the initial meeting, the program sessions, through to the final evaluation.
All programs begin with the selection and matching of mentors with mentees to ensure optimum outcomes are achieved. The process involves setting specific objectives and establishing guidelines, roles and responsibilities for all parties: sponsor, mentor and mentee.
Mentees have access to online resources, networking skill development and the opportunity to work with specialist subject matter experts in a confidential and safe environment.
