Kerry has over 30 years’ experience as a CEO and Managing Director of medium to large businesses. Having built several successful operations from ‘Green Field’ beginnings, he brings a unique perspective on organisational structures, sales and strategic growth. Kerry is also a trusted advisor to multiple business owners and sits on numerous Boards.

Kerry has worked across a wide range of business sectors from civil construction, facilities maintenance, environmental engineering, through to Local / State Government as CEO of the Courts of Victoria. More recently, he has been involved in environment re-engineering, organisational transformations, Mentee career reviews and digital start-ups, the public transport and arts sectors, procurement and working across the NFP sector, in all its forms.

Kerry has founded and led three businesses, starting with zero revenue and achieving over $300M revenues within short timeframes. He also designed and built many ‘firsts’ for Australia including Australia’s first fully recyclable Asphalt plant and Australia’s first street sweeping recycling plant. Kerry was also awarded the World Class New Zealander Award in 2013.
